* Reserved for K-5 students attending MES Important: Before registering for this after school club, please read the following information carefully, and in its entirety: Gym Jams Club Description: This 5 week club is designed to give your child the best of both worlds, PE and Music! Stay after school and play your favorite games from Music and PE class. Parachute games or "Guard the Pin," anyone? Instruments, "Rhythm 4 Corners games?" We have it covered, and so much more! Only the kids' favorite activities will be featured in this unique experience. Each Monday, your child will experience both a Music block and a PE block within the 1 hour club session. (a 30 min PE block with Coach Mac and a separate 30 minute Music block with Lisa Andrews). Because Lisa and Coach are separate business entities, the registration process involves two easy steps. Your spot is not secured until both steps #1 and #2 below have been completed. Please note that there is NO option to sign up for only PE or only Music; you must register for both. The registration window for this club closes on September 10, or sooner if spaces fill. When ready to book, refer to the Instructions below: Total cost for 5 weekly sessions- $150 ($75 for PE and $75 for Music) Registration Steps: 1. Register here first ($75). Book this offering. You will then receive an emailed receipt from "Bumble Beats By Lisa." If you don't receive a receipt, reach out to Lisa immediately to confirm that your order processed. 2. After you complete step #1, you'll receive a text within 48 hours. That text will contain a link that takes you to Coach Mac's registration page. Register for the PE portion of club there. ($75) 3. Watch for other club updates via text! Club Schedule: Mondays: September 14, 28; October 5, 12, 26 Make-Up Date: Monday, November 2 (only if necessary) Location: Gym/Stage Time: After school until 3:30 pm *Registration Window Closes September 10, or earlier if all spots fill before then. Gym Jams Refund Policy: There are no refunds for missed sessions or cancelled reservations. All sales are final. Should a session be cancelled due to inclement weather other other circumstance beyond Bumble Beats By Lisa, LLC's control, a make-up date is scheduled for November 2nd.
