*Reserved for 1st-5th grade students attending MES. Note: You do NOT need to own a Ukulele. One will be provided during the weekly club sessions. **This 6 week intro. series is only offered ONCE per school year and is designed for the child with little or no previous Ukulele instruction. Grades: 1st-5th 6 Monday Session Dates: September 22nd, 29th; October 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th Time: After school until 3:15 pm Location: Music Room Club Description: If your child has ever expressed interest in playing Guitar, then Ukulele is a fantastic instrument on which to begin string instrument study! It is lightweight, portable, just the right size for small hands, and offers the student the opportunity to experience positive results quickly! This fun, hands-on club is designed for boy and girls in grades 1st-5th. In 6 sessions, students will learn to perform the basic chord progressions (I, IV, V, I), explore strumming techniques, and perform the most commonly used beginning Ukulele chords: C Major, G Major, F Major, and C7. By week 6, we will be jamming! Refund Policy: All sales and bookings are final. No refunds or make-up sessions can be issued for missed or canceled bookings, regardless of reason. If Bumble Beats By Lisa, LLC cancels this class for any reason, the customer will be promptly issued a full refund. This is a multi-session offering; for each single session cancelled, the customer will receive a refund in the amount of 1/6 the total amount paid for the 6-session course.
