*Reserved for boys and girls attending MES *This jam-session style club is for students who already have basic playing experience or who have previously attended one of my Ukulele summer camps, Ukulele clubs, or Ukulele courses. You do NOT need to own a Ukulele, as one will be provided at each weekly session. Includes 4 sessions: Mondays in January/February: January 5, 12, 26, and February 2 Time: After school until 3:15 pm Location: Music Room Club Description: You learned how to play Ukulele! Now you can have fun jamming with others who love to play, too! Each week features new songs across a variety of genres. Playing for fun helps young musicians retain their applied skills, build dexterity, and refine their music literacy skills through chord symbol reading, frets, and strumming. Let's keep exploring this fun instrument. We'll play cool songs, and even a few games designed to reinforce the basic techniques and chords! "Ukulele battleship," anyone? How about "4 Corners Strumming?"
